Dry wine which is produced from the traditional variety "Vilana" which is cultivated in the sunny hills of Peza. The grapes of the associated producers are harvested and transferred in boxes to the wine factory of the Union for the production of wine by the classic method of white vinification in stable fermentation temperatures at 18oC. Wine with candent yellow-green color and the characteristic aromas of the variety.
Dry wine which is produced from the traditional variety "Vilana" which is cultivated in the sunny hills of Peza. It is served cool (9-10o C) and is ideal for pasta with white sauces, oleaginous fishes and roasted poultry.
Kotsifali and Mantilari are two varieties that complement one another in order to offer us a red wine the way we have been producing it in our area for generations now. The result of this interaction between the sun, the earth, varieties and Cretans is offered for taste in this bottle. The youthful, vivid purple color, the full of intensity aromas and the full flavor define the unique force of this wine.
Dry wine which is produced by the classic method of red vinification and co-vinification of the varieties "Mantilari - Kotsifali". The temperature of fermentation and extraction depending on their situation is kept at 22-28o C. It owes its maturity, a requisite characteristic for a V.S.O.P. PEZA wine, to its maintenance for one year in oaken barrels of French oak. It is a wine with ruby vivid colour, various aromas and full taste. It is served in ambient temperature (16-18oC) and is ideal for red meats, sauces with spices, yellow and blue cheeses.
Authentic Cretan red wine of excellent quality. It is produced from the traditional red varieties Kotsifali-Mantilari-Liatiko, which are cultivated at the hills and the slopes of Crete with the abundant sunlight, the sea breeze and the special soil texture. They are grapes which produce the famous Cretan wine for more than 4.000 years, since it had been filling the urns and storage areas of Knossos. Wine with vivid ruby colour, distinctive aroma and smooth taste. It is served at ambient temperature (15-16 oC).

Smooth wine with soft fruit taste and distinctive aroma. It is served cold (8-9 oC).

This rich in color, flavor and aroma wine is produced by Aghiorgitiko also named "Hercules’ blood" and its main zone of cultivation is Nemea. It accompanies meat in white sauces, marinated poultry and yellow cheeses. It is served in temperature 16-18oC.
